Let’s just start off this blog post by saying that I am terrible at having breakfasts. Just absolutely atrocious. I don’t know if it’s because it takes me about half an hour to even drag myself out of bed, or because I’m just simply too lazy to even focus on breakfast when I am tried and trying to get ready for work. Either way, it’s not exactly fantastic for my energy levels throughout the day.

I would like to point out that I don’t think you should just replace your current breakfast that you love with a shake. No-no. This is more aimed towards people like me who normally skip breakfast altogether because we just don’t feel like it. Also, this is for people who’d like to supercharge their breakfast with some nutrition, because from my experience this stuff is incredible for that.
Nutribuddy Shake Complete Ingredients
Nutribuddy Shake Complete is 100% vegan and packed full of natural and healthy organic whole foods. Due to the slow-release carbs, it actually helps you feel fuller for longer, so that you could get to lunchtime without your stomach growling LOUDLY at you.
It is almost like a meal in a shake for the busy people that tend to skip breakfast. Instead of rushing out of the house without grabbing anything with you, I have gone for the quick option, and I feel so much better for it.
I use the mixture in my smoothies in the morning to keep me going for longer (so that I’d stay away from the very expensive vending machine before lunch time). When I’ve got a little bit more time for breakfast, I like to add this to my porridge as well because of the awesome nutritional benefits.
The ingredients include: Gluten-Free oats, Coconut Nectar Sugar, Rice Protein, Ground Flaxseeds, Pea Protein, Desiccated Coconut, Hemp Protein, Chia Seeds, Natural Flavourings, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt and Wild Blueberry Powder. Pretty dang amazing if you ask me!
What are the benefits?
Whenever I add this to my breakfast routine, I generally just feel more energised. Who knew a couple of scoops of superfoods would make you feel this great?
I used to be the grumpiest person in the morning. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll never be a morning person, but at least now I have some energy to deal with the day ahead. I just never used to fancy breakfast or felt like spending some time actually making it, so this is a great option for me.
I also feel a lot fuller and a lot less hangry when it comes to waiting for lunch. It keeps me fuller than a normal smoothie would, so this is a pretty great accomplishment for me. It keeps me away from all the snacks all day every day! (P.S. yes, I still opt for the occasional chocolate bar, but doesn’t everyone?)
My routine is adding a handful of berries and a banana in a blender with some soya milk, blending it all up, then adding a couple of scoops of Shake Complete and that’s it! Breakfast sorted. If you’re running super late, you can just add 4 scoops of the Shake Complete mix to some milk, shake it up, and make yourself a vanilla milkshake. Delish!
So if you’re a little bit like me, this might be good for you! Instead of being a breakfast-skipper, it’s time to start loving having breakfast, one step at a time.
